1. About TapLeads

TapLeads is a digital business card platform developed and operated by Insightaa AI Digital Marketing Agency, Kerala, India. TapLeads allows users to create a digital profile, capture leads, and share their business information via NFC cards, QR codes, and profile links.

2. Plans & Pricing

3. Free Trial

All new users get a 3-day free trial with full access to TapLeads features. No payment is required to start. After the trial, a subscription is required to keep your profile active.

4. Payment

Payments can be made online via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) or directly via GPay/PhonePe to our registered number. Manual payments are verified and activated by our team within 24 hours. Subscriptions are valid for 1 year from the date of activation.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 7 days of payment if your profile has not been activated or your NFC card has not been shipped. Once the NFC card is dispatched or the profile is activated, no refunds will be issued. For concerns, contact us at tapleadsinfo@gmail.com.

6. NFC Card Shipping

NFC cards are shipped within 5-7 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping is free across India. TapLeads is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

7. Your Data & Leads

All leads captured through your TapLeads profile belong solely to you. TapLeads does not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than displaying it in your dashboard. You are responsible for how you use and store your leads.

8. Referral Program

TapLeads offers a referral commission program. When someone signs up and pays using your referral link, you earn a commission credited to your TapLeads wallet.

Commissions are credited after the referred user completes payment. Wallet balance can be withdrawn via UPI request to our team. Minimum withdrawal: ₹149.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TapLeads to post false or misleading information, spam other users, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform. TapLeads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Profile Content

You are solely responsible for the content on your profile including photos, descriptions, and product information. TapLeads reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

11. Intellectual Property

The TapLeads name, logo, and platform design are the property of Insightaa AI Digital Marketing Agency. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant TapLeads a license to display it on your profile page.

12. Limitation of Liability

TapLeads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of TapLeads after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
