With more than two decades of experience in business, leadership and team development, Shiju Chembra has built his journey around one strong belief: businesses grow when people grow. Today, as Executive Director of BNI Calicut, Kannur, Wayanad and Kasaragod, he continues to mentor entrepreneurs, develop leaders and strengthen business communities through meaningful relationships and strategic networking.

His mission is to help business owners build better people, stronger systems and more successful businesses. Through mentoring, training and strategic networking, he continues to develop leaders and strengthen business communities across North Kerala.
