TapLeads ("we", "our", or "us") is a smart networking and lead management platform operated by Insightaa AI Digital Marketing Agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at tapleads.in.
We collect the following types of information: • Account information: Name, email address, phone number, username, and password when you create an account. • Profile information: Business name, title, bio, social media links, profile photo, cover photo, and other information you add to your profile. • Lead data: Contact information of leads you capture through your digital card — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes. • Usage data: How you interact with our platform, features you use, and actions you take. • Payment information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. • WhatsApp data: When you use our WhatsApp Broadcast feature, we process phone numbers to send messages via the WhatsApp Business API.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and maintain our platform • Process payments and manage subscriptions • Send WhatsApp broadcast messages on your behalf to your leads • Send you notifications about new leads, account activity, and product updates • Improve and personalise your experience • Respond to your support requests • Comply with legal obligations
We use the WhatsApp Business API (Meta) to enable our Broadcast feature. When you send broadcasts, messages are sent from our registered WhatsApp Business number (+91 92920 29689) on your behalf. We store incoming replies to your broadcasts in our secure database so you can view and respond to them. We do not use your leads' WhatsApp data for any purpose other than sending the messages you explicitly request.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Lead data you collect belongs to you and is stored under your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: • Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), Anthropic (AI card scanning). • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share your lead data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained as long as you maintain your account. You can delete your account and data by contacting us at nextrendonline1@gmail.com. When you delete a lead, it is permanently removed from our systems.
