• Name, email, phone number when you sign up
• Profile information you enter (bio, job title, social media links, UPI ID)
• Profile and cover photos you upload
• Lead data captured through your profile (name and phone of visitors)
• Payment information processed securely via Razorpay
• Shipping address for Pro plan NFC card delivery

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your TapLeads profile
• To process payments and activate subscriptions
• To ship NFC cards to your address
• To show captured leads in your dashboard
• To send important account and service updates
• To calculate and credit referral commissions

4. Your Lead Data

Leads captured through your TapLeads profile belong entirely to you. We do not sell, share, or use your leads for marketing or any other purpose. Your leads are visible only to you in your dashboard.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — for secure payment processing
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Courier partners — for NFC card delivery (name and address only)

6. Data Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

7. Your Rights

• Access and update your profile data anytime from your dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and data by emailing us
• Export your leads data on request

8. Cookies

TapLeads uses minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of TapLeads after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
