Deepak VV

I’m Deepak VV, an entrepreneur, trainer and coach from Tirur, Malappuram, Kerala. My journey from nursing to entrepreneurship has been shaped by hard work, continuous learning and the courage to take calculated risks.

With nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing, leadership and training, I help business owners, professionals and students express themselves clearly and confidently—on stage, in front of the camera, in meetings and on social media.

I co-founded Arown Medical Coding Academy, which has grown to six branches and supported thousands of students. I also founded Niafia LLP and launched Deepak VV’s Confident Speaker Academy, where learning happens through practice.

Through The Deepak VV Podcast, I bring together meaningful conversations that inspire learning, visibility and growth.
